Consider the following Rules Changes for the church (i.e. you and me) who now reside in the 21st century.

Rules Change: Carry a Sword

Be Armed for Self Defense:

Luke 22:35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, did you lack any thing? And they said, No, Nothing. 36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell even his cloak, and buy one.

Note: This is incompatible with

Matt 5:39 “turn the other cheek” and “do not resist him who is evil”.

Will one turn the other cheek while wearing a sword by your side? Will one “not resist him who is evil” while letting the evil one, grab your sword by your side and slay you with your own sword? Oh, no, self defense is allowed, some would say. Is that not resisting him who is evil? And when do you start to self defend? Only after he has clearly manifested his desire to kill you or do you bodily harm? By then it may be too late for you to preserve your life. The wise will have a strong defense as a deterrent to the evil ones.

When, if at all, are you supposed to use that sword? Only after the evil one has drawn his against you? Or made an attempt to grab yours? Will that policy adequately protect your family, or your nation? And just because you strap a sword on you side, does that mean you know how to adequately use one? No, you have to practice, and strengthen those upper arm muscles. And know how to sharpen your sword when it gets dull. Know how to keep it from rusting, i.e. well oiled. Is this planning on “resist NOT him who is evil”?

Consider Nehemiah whose men built a wall w. one hand, and while holding sword in the other. In-efficient, yes, but evidently necessary, they felt. Why would God put that in-efficient burden on the builders? Didn’t He want that city wall built as soon and efficiently as possible? Evidently not. He preferred to give them an enemy, and let them learn the lesson of self defense and national defense.

While the bridegroom was with the bridal party (Jesus walked the earth, and while the kingdom was in its infancy, protected by Rome, up until Nero, came of age and threw off all restraint (his mother, Burris, Seneca) but before 70 AD, these sermon on the mount rules still held force. But now, after the Daniel Metal Man has been smashed by the stone of Gods kingdom, after 70 AD, when both roman protection and the Jewish Nations’ covenant is destroyed, now in the Kingdom age, when we are expected to rule and guard our own kingdom, the bridegroom is no longer with the bridal party.

Turn the other cheek and do not resist him who is evil,

no longer applies to us today. It is an option, yes, but you are no longer required to do it in every situation. But you were required to do it, back then when Jesus wanted the policy to be

Matt 21:5 “a bruised reed thou shall not break, smoking flax thou shalt not quench”,

nor did He want His disciples doing it for Him (remember Peter cutting off the High Priests slave ear in the garden of Gethsemane. If you are going to come to earth as the Lamb of God, you had better act like a lamb and make sure your ministry reflects that policy too.

Zach 9:9 and Is 62:11 see your King comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey…

But Jesus did not come to earth to play the Lamb role in 70 AD, instead it was the fulfillment of John the Baptist prophecy

Matt 3:7 But when John saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducee s coming to his place of baptism, he said to them, “You brood of vipers, who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? 8 Produce fruit, then, in keeping with repentance. 9 And do not presume to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. 10 The ax lies ready at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.

11 I baptize you with water for repentance, but after me will come One more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. 12 His winnowing fork is in His hand to clear His threshing floor and to gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”

Does this sound like the 3.5 year ministry of Jesus when He came as the Lamb of God? No it doesn’t! But in 70 AD, He came as Judge to whom all authority had been given in Heaven and on Earth. He warned the Jews of what was coming.

Luke 19:27 “But these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slay them in my presence.”

And Psalm 110 is completely the opposite of the

“bruised reed smoking flax”

(has to be the church in the millennium, NOT the fake Jews of today):

rule thou in the midst of thine enemies

(how does Jesus do this? By ruling in the hearts and minds of men, which DOES have its political effect on planet earth, i.e. Christendom spreads the Kingdom of God.)

(but not until then, since we are all cowards),

(this is not the smoking flax, bruised reed, lamb of God policy, anymore)

(Almost sounds like

“why do the nations rage, and the peoples devise a vain thing AGAINST the Lord and AGAINST HIS anointed … kiss the son, lest He be angry with thee).

Luke 21:22 For these

(68-70AD Vespasians’ invasion of the land)

be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Vengeance for what? For sinning against the people of the Holy Spirit, and thus sinning against the H.S.

Matt 12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this age

to come.

Note, if you are insulting the H.S. in the extreme by killing His people, do you think a word has been spoken against Him?

“This age”

in Matt 12:32 is the end times of the Old Testament Age (terminated in 70 AD).

The Age to come sometimes means up in heaven (Mark 10:30), and sometimes also can mean in the Millennium i.e. the Kingdom Age, when it comes into its own. It started as a mustard seed back when Jesus walked the earth

Matt 12:28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.

It ran concurrently with the end times till the end times ended in 70 AD. The millennium will go on for an approx 80,000 to 100,000 years. Do the math, Exodus 20:5 for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing lovingkindness to thousands, (of generations) to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

Given that a generation in the Bible is 40 years, and that thousands means at least two thousand, then we need at least 80,000 years of earth history for God to show His mercy to. If you are a young earther like me, we have only burned up 4000 years of history in the OT and 2000 in the new. And that is if God does the minimum with His grace and makes thousands plural mean only two. And God is never cheap. So the millennium could go on for “a fullness” number (which is what thousand symbolizes, i.e.

The Lord owns the cattle on a thousand hills)

number of years.

Todays carry-a-sword and resist-him-who-is-evil policy is more like in the OT days when the Jews had their own kingdom. David was so skilled (and practiced) with a sling, he could put a rock between a mans eyes.

Judges 20:15 And the children of Benjamin were numbered at that time out of the cities twenty and six thousand men that drew sword, beside the inhabitants of Gibeah, which were numbered seven hundred chosen men. Judges 20:16 Among all this people there were seven hundred chosen men lefthanded; every one could sling stones at an hair breadth, and not miss.

Wait a minute, what happened to

“resist not him who is evil”.

Wouldn’t that have been the better way to go, back then too? Oh, the dispys will say, Jesus can change things at will,

For the Son of Man is Lord, even of the Sabbath.

And I say, yes that's right, and He can change em back, if He wants to too, with

“but now I say unto you, CARRY A SWORD”.

These are Rules Changes that the modern pastor has to keep up with, if he wants to be an adequate advisor to kings and princes (who want to know is there such a thing as a just war, or is God going to lay all this killing on me in hell) and if he wants to be an adequate advisor even to the men in his own congregation. Better think twice before posting that NO-GUNS-ALLOWED sign on the church door. What are you training your men (family defenders, and church defenders) to do? What are you informing the outlaws of, who will always have access to guns? Do you doubt this, pastor? Is heroin, cocaine, or Fentanyal illegal? Yet how prevalent are they in our society today? So what makes you think that outlawing all guns will do anything but strip the law abiding of their means of self defense. When guns are outlawed, ONLY outlaws will have guns.

Also, you are drawing a big target on yourself saying “hey, we are all unarmed in here, come in and rob us at will, we will just turn the other cheek, even if you kidnap a few of our wives and little ones. Cuz God at one time commanded us to turn the other cheek, and I am a stupid Dispy pastor who doesn’t know what age we are living in, nor what the rules are for this age. This could be in your church future, the ONLY way to stop this is to have every adult male armed and practiced.

So, you might ask. Why don’t we see any of the Apostles, after Pentecost, self defending, or organizing a Christian Army to protect the church, like we insist on doing today? Because they still had Rome for their protection, up until Nero. It was still the

“time of the Gentiles”.

Gentile empires ruling over gods covenant people (the Jews, protecting them, imposing Logical Disciplined usually fair Gentile order). The phrase

“times of the Gentiles”

is unique to the Gospel of Luke and refers to the time when Israel lost their sovereignty and independence under Babylon, till the death of Rome in 70 AD (end of the Julio Claudian line, and most civil war Rome had ever seen, roman historians talked like Rome died, then came back to life under The Flavian Emperors)..

Jesus said,

“And they

[the Jewish people]

will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled” (Luke 21:24).

After this premills conclude that Jerusalem will no longer be trampled by Gentiles, but will resume ruling again. That is incorrect. The other possibility is that Jerusalem will cease to exist (as Gods Holy Nation Capitol City). So Luke 21:24 could read :

And Jerusalem

(my capitol city, will exist, and

will be trampled by Gentiles

(only)

until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled“

We do see Paul “appealing to Caesar” for armed protection (resisting him who is evil, i.e. the Jews). In 30 AD Jesus could not be put to death without a Roman trial. But after the Jewish rebellion against Rome in 66 AD, they were free to slaughter Christians at will. And did, thus intensifying the GREAT TRIBULATION.

Because the pastors of his day (1914-1940’s), did not understand this principle, nor these verses, Hitler gave up on conventional Christianity as THE religion for the Reich. Too much pacificism, (turn the other cheek, and do not resist him who is evil Mt 5) how could he ever defend Germany. So he came up with “positive Christianity” which also stripped away the Old Testament, that book that constantly favored the Jews. This is one of the Reasons for Hitlers occasional quotes against Christianity in Hitlers Table Talk. He mis-understood Christian Doctrine, and there was no Lutheran pastor knowing enough right doctrine, to correct him.

Also, the clergy were not his friends, by and large, what with the confessional movement and Bonhoffer trying to assassinate him. Hitler wanted all things (institutions) to serve the German People (National Socialism, by implication) so Hitler felt free to remove books from the bible, like the whole O.T. for his new positive Christianity. Protestant pastors knew; that you never mess w. the canon of scripture, and that all things are not to serve the German People, but rather serve God, and HE will take care of the German People

(seek ye first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things

[food, clothing, shelter]

will be added to you, and Pv 16:7 7When a man’s ways are pleasing to the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

Thus the German Confessional Movement sprang up in opposition to National Socialism, and the Catholic Priests had their own political party (the centrist party) opposed to Hitler. There were a few Catholic Priest and Bishop exceptions that embraced National Socialism as the best thing for Germany at this time. All this made Hitler anti-clerical. Sometimes when he is ranting against Christianity, in his TABLE TALK he is really speaking of the organized religion of his day. Many would argue that the church should stay out of politics, she cant handle both tasks church N state. She will err in the area of state and drive people away from the church. That may be, but the error of the church not getting involved in politics creates a vacuum in the political realm that is quickly filled by others (Jews, Mormons) who get heavily involved and ruling over you. What religious organizations should we allow to get involved in politics? Should we allow the Jews to do it? Currently they run the entire Federal govt, and Hollywood and the news media, and the financial world thru Blackrock, and Vanguard, and hold sway over most state capitols.

Can the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints do it. Do you think they have any influence in Utah? Has the Catholic church ever dabbled in politics? Look at church history throughout the 1500’s and 1600’s. Catholics v Protestants in all of Europe. But Oh No, we Bible Believing Born Again Christians are forbidden to do it, by our pastors and cowardly outspoken Christians. Sure we are going to make mistakes. Sometimes our candidates will get corrupted, and it will look like the church is supporting corruption.

Shall the whole Organic Foods Industry close up shop because occasionally a food item that has been pesticided or herbicided makes its way to market under the organic label? Should we do away with the institution of Marriage, because a few marriages go bad, the husband beats his wife, or they end up in divorce? Yes, with a 50% divorce rate, lets abolish the institution of marriage, and just have couples living together. Will that solve the problem? But talk to pastors of today, and they virtually all will say the church has GOT to stay out of politics. They like their separation of church and state (which is totally ignored by the Jews, and Mormons, and cults, Moonies, and used to be ignored by the RC church). They like the separation of church N state doctrine because it allows them to be lazy, and just preach the salvation message, with a little discipleship of individuals thrown in, and then they still claim the tithe and spend it on building programs and salaries, with a little for show spent on missions and ENABLING the poor by their free give aways. They fear that if they support candidate A and B wins then B will turn on the church and persecute it. So it is better for the church to stay neutral when it comes to politics. To avoid persecution.

However, God doesn’t think so. The church has always been a check and balance on the power of the state. When she is silent, the state runs roughshod over the church. The church is to present Gods case to the State, in the interests of the citizenry. Naturally Jesus didn’t do that, during his three and a half year ministry because He was not called to reform Judaism nor Rome. He was called to be the lamb of God and pay for our sins. But after the resurrection, there is a rules change for the church. Back to Kingdom rules, where we are to serve as a beacon of light to secular rulers, and even confront them when they mis-rule, for the citizens sake and for Gods sake.

Rules Change: Resist Not Him Who is Evil

Mt 5:38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’ 39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also.

This was covered above when Jesus said “carry a sword”

Rules Change: Law Suits

Matt 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well.

Comment: as part of the new doctrine to carry a sword and so to resist him who is evil, as a preliminary to violence, take it thru the courts. You SHOULD sue him who is evil. To establish The Kingdom of God, here on earth, i.e. the millennium age, it is necessary that righteousness should prevail. Sometimes it is wiser to prevent a quarrel by giving way before the unrighteous, consider Abraham surrendering up one well he had dug, after another, to Abimelech till finally he got far enough away that they quarreled not after this well.

Gen 26:18-22

But, in the millennium we all have a duty to see that justice is done and the weak and innocent are protected. If the guy who sues you to take your shirt, is in the habit of doing that to the innocent, he needs to be stopped before he harms others. God doesn’t want us to sit on our hands and do nothing while this sinner plunders the whole town. We are expected to do our part and God will do His.

This verse is here in the Sermon on the mount because while Jesus walked the earth, the policy was “a bruised reed thou shall not break, smoking flax thou shalt not quench”, nor did He want His disciples being aggressive in His place or for Him. If you are going to come to earth as the Lamb of God, you had better act like a lamb and make sure your ministry reflects that policy too. No political activity, don’t try to change the Jewish Civil Govt, don’t lobby Herod, or start a civil war or try to get Nazareth to secede from the nation of Israel don’t try to change Rome, just emulate the bride groom while he is with you. And even after Jesus ascends into heaven, don’t try to do these things, because Jesus is going to come back in 70 AD and swat down all your enemies for you. Just do evangelism, (and personal discipleship) in the first century, those were the marching orders. No wonder our modern pastors reading the New Testament think that Evangelism and Discipleship are all they have to do, today. They know not what age they are in, nor their marching orders.

Did Jesus defeat all the church’s enemies in the first century? Rome will give the Jews the greatest slaughter and tribulation they have ever experienced, due to their bid for independence in 66 AD, and after Nero dies in June 68 AD, the beast, Rome itself will be plunged into such severe civil war (year of 4 emperors 69 AD) that all 10 provinces of the empire will be tempted to revolt since Rome will be thought dead. But Vespasian will bring it back to life. However, in the millennium, our marching orders are different. Here we are to get political and conquer the whole earth for the kingdom of God, thru love, service, social justice, exemplary living and occasionally violence when self defense requires it per the Biblical Code, discipling the nations. That’s what the Old Testament is there for.

God could have sent Jesus right away after Adam fell, but instead He chose to show us a little of what fighting for the kingdom looked like. Think Moses (taking on Egypt), Judges (fighting against the Canaanites), Kings (David usually against either Saul or the Philistines), how to survive and maintain a godly witness under empire (Daniel in Babylon, ezra-Nehemiah in Persia, (Israel failing under Greece, & Rome).

1 Cor 10:11 Now these things happened to them as an example, and they were written for our

instruction, upon whom the ends of the ages have come

(in 70 AD). Yes and the Francis Kuhlman version says “and also as examples for the age to come, i.e. the millennium”. Or do you Christian, think that we can ignore the Old Testament, today. Hitler thought so, much to his peril. He had his Positive Christianity cut out the old testament from the bible because it spoke so highly at times of the Jews as Gods chosen people.

Rules Change: Transportation laws, and Submission to Civil (even conquering) Authority.

Matt 5:41 If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles (μίλιον milion).

Comment: Only a roman soldier would think of “forcing” or commanding someone to go one mile with him i.e. carry his armor or provisions, which was the law at that time in the Roman empire. The conquered people who enjoyed the Pax Romana owed their captors taxes and the service of carrying their burdens up to 1 mile, when called upon. Jesus wanted His Christians to maintain good relations with the Roman Soldiers, since they were to be evangelized and they protected Christians from the Jews who ever persecuted “the way”.

Obviously this law no longer applies to us today. If you try to take it literally today, then kidnappers and hitch hikers could demand you go with them 1 mile and you are required to go with them 2. Then if they asked you again, you would have two more. By doing that in succession they could get from LA to New York using all the Christians gas and car expense not to mention your time away from your job and home life. It is impractical to take this verse literally today. All you Dispys need to check (stifle) your literalism. However, I believe Mt 5:41 is also about submission to civil (even conquering) authority. That we are supposed to do, per Romans 13, as long as the government rules for “the good”. Even if it rules for “the bad”, if you cant get your own self-rule together then stay under the un-just persecuting old govt. till God clears the way or gives you the courage and wisdom to secede, rebel, and self rule.

So far in America, no one is even talking like that, (that I know of, other than Brother Nathanael) except me at this point Feb 2024. I think the red states need to secede. To start prepping now. But I would only join and fight for a Christian government as the new govt. God is not interested in just setting the clock back 250 some years, so that the Jew controlled masons can set up another humanistic USA that has the stupid clause “congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion” which has allowed the Jews to de-Christianize and take over America today thru their money power (and I might add, by Gods design, to rub our noses in that first amendment).

What if the 1st amendment said Congress and the States shall make no law in contravention to Gods Law, i.e. the bible, as interpreted by the Christian religion. Would that be disaster for the nation? Do you think we would drive out all the unbelievers, Muslims, Hindus, etc. because they aren't yet Christian? Or would we treat them well, evangelizing them, expecting them to get saved, giving them time to find Him, even as we Christians were pagans once and needed much time to turn our lives over to Christ? But some religions NEED to be outlawed. Satanism and Talmudic Judaism (Jesus is roasting in hell in hot excrement, Mary was a whore, the goy [gentiles] are cattle to be used as we Jews please), those religions need to be outlawed in our Christian land. And in ANY land, I would argue, if you want to maintain law and order and have peace, prosperity and Gods blessing among you people. Sooner or later every country comes to realize this. That is why the Jews have been kicked out of over Acts 18:2And he found a Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontus, having recently come from Italy with his wife Priscilla, because Claudius had commanded all the Jews to leave Rome.

Andrew Carrington Hitchcock page 4 of his book The Synagogue of Satan: ... does not reverse the Edict of Expulsion issued by King Edward I in 1290, which expelled all Jews forever from England and made the provision that any who remained after 1 November 1290, were to be executed. Indeed, England is not the first country to expel the Jews. Rules Change: Charity.

Matt 5:42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

Comment: once again, be as lambs, while Jesus public ministry is going on, but after the bride groom is taken from you, this is no longer required, it is optional. Taken literally today, all the Christians bank accounts would be drained by bums panhandling, just follow a Christian around and keep “asking” till he is broke. Then, find a new Christian who HAS to obey Mt 5:42 and suck him dry too.

Rules Change: Love Your Enemies

Matt 5:43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

This is still good advice today, as it maintains a good relationship for evangelism, and shows perseverance under trial. But 43-47 are not REQUIRED today, as they were in Jesus day when the bride groom was with them. The burden to maintain peace and order and do social justice that falls on us now in the kingdom of God age (millennium) in fact REQUIRES us to keep our enemies in check. That may mean killing them if they get bad enough or violent enough against us or those we are charged with protecting.

By the way, as for the rain falling on the just and the un-just alike, consider the new rule at the end of the millennium. All of Zechariah 14 speaks of the millennium but especially Zechariah 14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem (the church today, now that Old Testament Jerusalem is gone) to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. Also, consider that when God wanted to humble Israel and bring her to repentance, he with-held rain from her during King Ahab’s reign. James 5:17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. Rev 11:6 Again, when God wants to punish someone, He still does it “These witnesses have power to shut the sky so that no rain will fall during the days of their prophecy, and power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they wish.” So, thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Rules Change: the old heavens and earth have passed away

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Comment. Jesus said He came not to abolish the law but to fulfill. And so He did. After Jesus crucifixion, ALL THE LAW WAS FULFILLED. That old heaven and earth (spiritual firmament, wall between God and Man, way of relating to God by men) passed away in 70 AD. No more special ethnic people of God, now all ethnicities are equal and welcome. No more special tongue (only Hebrew allowed for the revelation of God), after Jesus crucifixion, the sign of tongues was given to let all peoples know that Gods word was going out now in all languages.

That is why tongues ceased when

that which is perfect has come

(the rapture in 66 or 67AD, when Paul would know “fully” just as he was “fully known” by Jesus) Also, when Judaism ceased in 70 AD (because the Father was mad at the Jews and these were days of vengeance), would it make sense for God to still communicate with mankind in Hebrew only? No. That was a given, and it was evident to all mankind that after Rome took her vengeance out on Jerusalem that God had done this. So is there anymore need for tongues to show the world that God is now Ok’ing communication in the non-chosen-people languages? No. In fact if God communicated anything in Hebrew it would just confuse the world into thinking Hey, have they been dis inherited or not? Have they been dis approved of or not?

No more Levitical priesthood, now in the new world new age, it’s the melchizadekal priesthood, and only 1 priest (sorry you Roman Catholics), that is our high priest Jesus, unless you want to talk about the priesthood of all believers. But only 1 priest doing sacrifices for sin, now. Not so, in the Old World, and in the Old earth. No more temple building and animal sacrifices, no more ceremonial law, now that the old world heavens (Sanhedrin) have passed away with a roar, the elements have melted with fervent heat (elemental things, i.e. baby law, i.e. ceremonial law), and the earth and its works (Judaism was a works salvation religion, remember the 613 laws Jews have to keep) burned up.

Now that the old heaven and earth (spiritual, or way of relating to God) have passed away (in 70 AD) the new rule is:

Rev:21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea

(the sea in the Book of Rev. = the Gentiles per James B Jordan Biblical Horizons). 2

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, (the church) coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. Mt 5:44 & Zech 14:17 Mt 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which de-spitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 That you may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he makes his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.

(that policy is OK starting out, to deal with the unjust, to give them time to change their ways, but eventually, the tares get cut down and thrown into the fire, also the govt. has to protect society from harm done to them by the unjust).

All of Zechariah 14 speaks of the millennium but especially

Zechariah 14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. Romans 3:1,2 Romans 3:1 What advantage then hath the Jew? Or what is the advantage of circumcision? Much in every way: first of all, that they were entrusted with the oracles of God.

Comment: now this is reversed in the Kingdom age. Christians are entrusted with the canon, and the Jews have rejected Gods word for their talmud.

Rules Change: Jews were supposed to obey the ceremonial law

(sacrificing animals to atone for their sins,

tithing rue and dill and cumin, these things ought ye to have done, and not let the other

[righteousness]

undone)

right up to 70 AD when the temple was destroyed, but now in the New Testament Age all are supposed to convert to Christianity and accept Jesus perfect sacrifice and abandon the ceremonial law.

Ezekiel 20:23-26 I lifted up mine hand unto them also in the wilderness, that I would scatter them among the heathen, and disperse them through the countries; Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes, and had polluted my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers' idols. Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live; And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that opens the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the LORD. Hebrews 10:4 For it is IMPOSSIBLE that the blood of bulls and goats could ever take away sin.

If all the statutes regarding the temple were

“not good and judgments whereby they (Jews) should not live” per Hebrews 7:18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.

Then why do all these Baptist and fundamentalist Churches waste so much time studying the architecture of the temple? Waste so much time going over to the old “holy” land on tours? Church history Old T. and New is SO MUCH MORE profitable. There is little to be gained by studying the old types and shadows which have been done away, and little to be gained by studying the LAND of the types and shadows, yet the tourism trade continues to suck millions from Christianity.

Rules Change: The Race of Jewry (i.e. Abrahams Blood) is nothing special in Gods eyes today.

Acts 10:35 Of a truth, I perceive that God is no respecter of persons; but in every nation he that feareth Him and worketh righteousness is acceptable to Him”

Comment: Throughout their entire past history the Jews had believed that they as a people were the exclusive objects of Gods’ favor. Based on Race alone.

Amos 3:2 “You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.”

Even back then, God was preferring the righteous, rather than those with a pedigree.

Isaiah 66:1 (NAS) Thus saith the LORD, heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where then is a house you build for me? and where is a place that I may rest? 66:2 For My hand made all these things, Thus all these things came into being, declares the LORD: but to this man will I look, To him who is humble, and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at my word. See also Romans 2:10 Glory and honor and peace to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek; for there is no respect of persons with God”

Comment: a respecter of persons would favor a man based on race, or wealth, or good looks, or intelligence, or some other trait. But now, After 70 AD, with the end of Jewry, God has changed the rules. He now is no respecter of persons, based on race, or position or status or sex.

Gal 3:28 in Christ there is neither Jew, nor Gentile, neither bond, nor free, neither male nor female.

Rules Change: When to preach the gospel of the “Kingdom”

Mt 24:14“This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Comment: What end? (the end of the age, end of the old testament era,)

1 Cor 10:11 Now these things happened to them as an example, and they were written for our instruction, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.

i.e. 70 AD judgment on Jews and Romans Julio Claudian line of emperors). Do the pastors of today preach the gospel of the kingdom? No, they limit it to the salvation message only, since they are unsure of their eschatology.

Mark 1:14 Now after that

(Jesus 40 day fast and temptation in the wilderness) John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Note: so when did the kingdom (millennium) begin? At the start of Jesus public ministry.

Matthew 12:28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.

Now Dispy pastors would say “No, Jesus, you got it wrong. The TIME IS NOT YET FULFILLED, there has to be a 2000 year church age inserted into this Jewish prophetic timeline to interrupt the kingdom, till all the Jews alive that decade, say the 2020’s can get saved per Romans 11 thus all israel shall be saved, and then the 2nd coming can happen and the prophetic time clock can start ticking again, THEN the TIME WILL BE FULFILLED. What rubbish. Please become preterist, it is MUCH more logical and biblical.

Rules Change: Miracles.

In the beginning, when the church was small and weak, it needed miracles to validate that it was “of God”, even as Jesus did during His ministry.

Mark 16:17-20 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; (18) They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. (19) So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. (20) And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

Miracles were necessary when the church was young and weak, not so today, In fact Paul says in

1st Corinthians 13:8 “tongues shall cease, when that which is perfect has come

= the rapture. The most reliable manuscripts omit Mt:9-20.

Rules Change: What Jewish requirements shall we impose upon the saved gentiles?

“Acts 15:20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.”

This was said by James the brother of Jesus, the leader of the church at Jerusalem, after the Jerusalem council. Things strangled and blood are ceremonial law prohibitions, they no longer apply to us today, now that 70 AD has come and all the types and shadows are done away. James includes these just to cause no offense to the Jews of whom some were still getting saved up till 70 AD, after which there were no more (Old Testament, or Old Covenant i.e. False,) Jews. He knew it would be difficult for newly saved Jews to fellowship and worship together with gentiles who still had some of the pollutions of idols, or ate meat strangled or ate blood pudding.

Rules Change: Who should know that Jesus claims to be even greater than Moses and Elijah.

Who should know that (heresy of heresies to the Sanhedrin) He even claims to be the only Son of God! Who should know then and now? Obviously this is an easy question to answer, and most of you will be thinking “why if Francis including this in his rules changes. It is baby simple to answer, and Oh So Obvious.” I am including it here to soften you up on the idea that Rules Changes DID in fact happen from when Jesus walked the earth, to being in the millennium, which we are now. Once softened up, you will find the more difficult rules changes easier to swallow.

Mark 9:2 After six days Jesus took Peter, James and John with him and led them up a high mountain, where they were all alone. There he was transfigured before them.

Comment why just those 3?

Mark 9:9 And as they came down from the mountain, He (Jesus) charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, till the Son of man were risen from the dead. (10) And they kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should mean.

Note: After Jesus Resurrection, He wanted EVERYONE to know what they had seen there, and so Peter and John spoke out boldly daily in the Temple

Acts 2:41

Peter tells 3000;

Acts 2:46, Acts 3:1, Acts 4:1-4

Peter tells 5000. But before that, while Jesus walked the earth, He was very guarded about whom He claimed to be the Son of God to. He often called Himself the Son of Man, but that title could be allowed-believed by the Jews easier than Son of God. likewise, with the Son of God title, was: unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood; both of which would cause many to fall away. They weren’t ready for those truths yet.

Jn 16:12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

Finally, when Jesus was looking to get crucified, in order to end the trial we read:

Matt 26:63 But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God. 34 Jesus said to him, “It is as you said. Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.”

Rules Change: Is it OK to flee Jew controlled countries?

After raising Lazarus from the dead.

John 11:53 Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death. John 11:54 Jesus therefore walked no more openly among the Jews; but went thence unto a country near to the wilderness, into a city called Ephraim, and there continued with his disciples. John 11:57 Now both the chief priests and the Pharisees had given a commandment, that, if any man knew where he were, he should show it, that they might take him. John 12:9 Much people of the Jews therefore knew that he was there: and they came not for Jesus' sake only, but that they might see Lazarus also, whom he had raised from the dead. John 12:10 But the chief priests consulted that they might put Lazarus also to death; John 12:11 Because that by reason of him many of the Jews went away, and believed on Jesus.

But when it came time to get crucified, Jesus

“set his face like flint towards Jerusalem”.

Rules change again. This was a rules change that affected only Jesus and His disciples back in His day. There is no lesson for us today, in this, except possibly to see that the phony Jews of today are still doing what their name sakes did back in Jesus day. Killing to Suppress the truth in unrighteousness, then lying about it afterwards. See (the phony Jews would claim) Lazarus was never raised from the dead, we have his body here in a grave in Jerusalem (where we murdered him).

Today, that same policy of suppression of the truth in unrighteousness looks like this: Rabbis going out at midnight Friday night and spray painting swastikas on the side of their synagogues then on Saturday morning, crying like a stuck pig and presenting the anti-semitic prevention legislation to the state legislature on Monday. Or the Mossad grooming a troubled white boy, providing him with weapons and body armor, then mind controlling him to shoot up a grade school, then presenting the anti-gun law next week to the legislature. Or false flagging us into another war for Israel. See the sinking of the USS Liberty. Or the Lavon Affair.

Proverbs 22:3 A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Now let us change the question slightly. Instead of asking Is it OK to flee Jew controlled countries? Let us ask, is it Ok to flee Sodom and Gomorrah? What should Lot have done? He was not as wise as Abraham in his choice of lands to live in. Have you ever heard people say “if god doesn’t judge the USA soon, He will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah”. Ok, instead of fleeing the USA, what if you secede, and take several states with you? Food for thought.

Rules Change: Evangelizing the Gentiles

Mt 15:22-28 Matthew 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. (25) Then came she and worshiped him, saying, Lord, help me. (26) But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and cast it to dogs. parallel passage Mark 7:27 But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.

Note: this is reversed in Acts 10 when Peter is shown the vision of the sheet full of unclean animals and told to rise kill and eat. Then he is sent to the Gentile Cornelius and the Holy Spirit is manifested upon them. Today, since there are no Jews anymore (that covenant expired in 70 AD, and God made it impossible to obey it by destroying the temple, ending animal sacrifice FOREVER with the once and for all sacrifice of Jesus, ending the Levitical Priesthood with the coming of the better one of Melchizedek, burning up all the temple records so no one could legally prove what tribe they were of, nor their blood line back to Abraham) we can confidently say that today in the 21st century, Jesus was sent not to

“the lost sheep of the house of Israel”

which no longer exists, but to the whole world per

1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

(width of the area, NOT quantitatively each and every man)

And “whosoever will may come”.

Rules Change: Crowd Control and avoiding martyrdom just yet

When Jesus walked in Jewry or had too large a crowds following Him, the rule was “dont tell anyone who has healed you” But when He was in Gentile country, i.e. the Samaritan woman at the well and the Gergasene Demoniac, the rule was “go back and tell everyone what I have done for you.” Jesus knew that the Gentiles could handle having a healer among them, and still repent of their sins and believe on Him. The Jews could not, for two reasons. 1 their doctrinal errors, and 2 their hard hearts.

As for 2, consider

Matt 21:31 Jesus said to them, “Truly I tell you, the tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God before you. 32For John came to you in the way of righteousness and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him.

The Sanhedrin heard about the true and actual healings of Jesus, and saw the crowds that followed Him, and knew that

“they all held Him to be a prophet” (Mt 21:46)

but they stubbornly refused to believe on Him.

As for 1, their doctrinal errors, consider what the Jews would say back in Jesus day, and even today, to a person who: claimed to be their messiah, claimed to be the only Son of God, and one who had the arrogance to say

“truly I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM”.

We see this illustrated in

Mark 9:9 And as they came down from the mountain, he charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, till the Son of man were risen from the dead. (10) And they kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should mean.

But after Jesus Resurrection, He wanted EVERYONE to know what they had seen there.

Mark 5:24 And Jesus went with him

(Jairus, the synagogue official);

and much people followed him, and thronged him.

(Then after Jesus raised his daughter from the dead)

5:43 And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.

Comment: Are we still to "let no man know it" today? Here in the 21st century? Why the rules change?

Consider also: Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead:

John 11:44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. John 11:45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him. John 11:46 But some of them went their ways to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done. John 11:47 Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many miracles. John 11:53 Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death. … John 11:54 Jesus therefore walked no more openly among the Jews; but went thence unto a country near to the wilderness, into a city called Ephraim, and there continued with his disciples.

And it also affected His disciples and the degree of persecution they would suffer, if you knew Where Jesus was and didn’t tell the authorities, you were an accomplice to His crimes and punishable. Just to testify in His favor could get you killed, consider

John 11:57 Now both the chief priests and the Pharisees had given a commandment, that, if any man knew where he were, he should show it, that they might take him. John 12:9 Much people of the Jews therefore knew that he was there: and they came not for Jesus' sake only, but that they might see Lazarus also, whom he had raised from the dead. John 12:10 But the chief priests consulted that they might put Lazarus also to death; John 12:11 Because that by reason of him many of the Jews went away, and believed on Jesus. So in summary, to keep things cool w. the authorities, Jesus kept the praise to a minimum, whilst among the Jews, and before His time had come.

But Today, AFTER Jesus resurrection, the rule is Go and preach to everyone boldly, that Jesus is the messiah. See Peter preaching in the temple after Pentecost, and 3,000 got saved, then going back to the temple and 5,000 get saved, and even after being thrown into jail, and scolded to not preach in Jesus name, he and John still do.

Rules Change: Where to Worship God

Jn 4:20 Our fathers worshiped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.

Comment: this was said by the woman at the well to Jesus. Why the Samaritans were worshiping at mount Gerizim, and the Jews worshiped at Jerusalem was part of the age old split after Solomons son Rehoboam got arrogant and threatened to tax the people even worse than Solomon did. See

1 Kings 12:26-31.

Jesus says

“the hour is coming when NEITHER IN JERUSALEM, nor in this mountain, shall you worship the father” …

Oh really? Dispys hold that during all ages here on earth, it is required for Jews to worship in Jerusalem, unless prevented by empire like during the Babylonian captivity, or after Rome salted Jerusalem in 135 AD, etc. Someone should require of the Dispys an answer. Why did Jesus say

“neither in Jerusalem”?

Preterist answer: Because Jerusalem is nothing special today. The Jewish covenant no longer exists, so no one is required to go to Jerusalem 3 times a year and present their offerings. The temple is gone, and so is the Levitical priesthood, and the whole ceremonial law.

Rules Change: some gifts done away

1 Cor 13:8 Love never fails: but whether there be prophecies, they shall be done away; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall pass away. 9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12 For now we see through a glass, darkly

(literally “in a riddle”),;

but then face to face: now I know in part; but then I will know fully, just as I also have been fully known. 13 And now faith, hope and love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

What is

“that which is perfect”

that is future to Pauls writing

1 Cor (i.e. AD 57)

? It is the Rapture, which happened in say 66,67 AD. No other event fulfills all the qualifications of

“1 Cor 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly

(literally “in a riddle”),;

but then face to face: now I know in part; but then I will know fully, just as I also have been fully known.

To my reformed brothers who say that the close of the canon of scripture or that the “2nd coming” of Jesus in wrath and judgment against the Jews in 70 AD fulfilled

1 Cor 13:12,

I say NOPE, the rapture does a much better job of fitting in this verse. How does the close of the canon of scripture get me known face to face like the Rapture does? Get me to know fully just as I also have been fully known? They could say “well when scripture got all written down they you will know more fully. But that is a far cry from knowing fully JUST AS I am “fully known” as happened in the Rapture. Who are you “fully known” by? By scripture? By a coming in wrath against the Jews? No. By Jesus. In the rapture you, Paul, came face to face w. Jesus who “fully knows” you.

Rules Change: The Holy City v The GREAT City.

Jerusalem in the 30’s when Jesus was crucified and in Daniel was still at that time called the Holy City, even though it was not very holy. It would be more proper to interpret the word “holy” here

(Matt 4:5; Matt 27:53;

as sanctified or set aside, or consecrated. For Jesus said of Jerusalem

“for it cannot be that a prophet should die outside of Jerusalem. Oh Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who stones the prophets and kills those who are sent to her …”

Never-the-less, the Spirit of God had not yet departed from the temple until the mid 60’s per Josephus But by the time of the writing of the book of Revelation, God no longer thought of it as the Holy City, but as the Great City. Great in the eyes of the world. The Holy City, in Revelation is the church,

the New Jerusalem

(spiritually)

coming down out of heavn, as a bride adorned for her husband

(Jesus).

Which means John was told to measure the church, i.e. the the saints, in the Oikenmene (Roman civilized world) alive on planet earth at this time who were being persecuted. This would not include Christians or God Fearers (old Testament term for the equivalent of Christians, though it was before Christ came) outside the Roman Empire, or on other continents (if any), for they were not going through the Great Tribulation. So, sorry all my preterist friends who like to say “see, this is proof that the temple was still standing when Rev was written, so it had to be written pre 70 Ad, else how could John measure the temple, even if in a vision. Now I do believe Rev was written in 62-63 AD, but these verses do not prove that.

Revelation 11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

Revelation 11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

The “holy city” here in verse 11:2 is the church, i.e. all born again Christians alive in the Roman Empire that were being persecuted during the Neronic Great Trib. It is not ethnic Israel, it is not national Israel, it is not the Jews. Some will object, then how can there be a “court which is without which is given to Gentiles” so “measure it not”. These are the curious who are not yet regenerated, those who have drawn near to the temple, to do some business there, but have not yet committed their lives to Christ. They are not persecuted as the Christians are, and need not be raptured. Thus John is not to measure them. They don’t measure up to being worthy of being raptured.

42 months is the same as 1,260 days is the same as 3 and one half years is the same as a time, times and a half a time. Notice how the subject does not change as Johns vision continues right on to verse 11:3-12 right on up till where the church, the Christians get raptured

Revelation 11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

Now the rapture was a midnight cry,

Matthew 25:5-10,

no one actually saw them float away.

But their enemies noticed that there were no more Christians to persecute after this, they had all disappeared. When

11:12 says “and their enemies beheld them”

it just means they noticed that something had happened to all the Christians, they could no more be found. They beheld a change. They beheld them gone. The Romans probably thought the Jews killed them, or that they had all fled the empire, or just went guerrilla on them and were hiding in the hills. The Jews probably thought the same except it was the Romans who had abducted them.

By this time the Jews had seceded from the Empire and were in revolt, and the two weren’t talking. Which also meant that the Jews were no longer restrained by the Romans from killing the Christians, so it was open season on all the Christians. God put the early Christians (who beheld all the miracles of Jesus and the apostles, and the full power of the Holy spirit in their lives) thru the ultimate pressure cooker. To Whom much is given, much is required. Rich Spoiled American Christians of today 2024, would do well to learn this lesson. But of course we wont. Which is why we must fall. But I am confident that the righteous will rise again to praise the Lord on this land, even if it is no longer the United States of America.

This GREAT CITY, vs HOLY CITY distinction is worth keeping in mind for when you come to Rev 17 and 18 with the fall of babylon (Jerusalem):

Revelation 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

Comment: the woman, the harlot, the great whore, in the book or Rev is Babylon.

Revelation 17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven bowls, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come; I will show you the Judgment of the great whore that sits upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her Fornication.

Revelation 17:15 And he said unto me, The waters that you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. And the ten horns which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

Comment: Titus, & Vespasian besieging Jerusalem 70 AD, why not say the beast shall hate the whore, why say its the 10 horns. Because the horns are the provinces of Rome, the Beast is personified by Nero. This implies that Nero who killed Peter and Paul because it pleased the Jews, was not as mad at the Jews for rebelling against Rome as the Senate and the governors of the 10 provinces were. After all, if Judea succeeded in seceding from the empire, then all the other provinces would be tempted to do so too. That would mean the governors of those provinces (apointed by Caesar) would be out of a job. So we can assume the senate pressured Nero to commission Vespasian to invade Judea.

Revelation 18:24 And in her

(the great whore or harlot)

Comment: (this can ONLY be Jerusalem, per Matt 23:35 ff, also Rome did not kill prophets, but Jesus said

It took approx. 3 years for Vespasian and Titus to conquer all the land of Judea, and approx 9 months to besiege Jerusalem. Rev thinks this is just 1 hour. Imagine what “He shall reign for 1000 years” represents in real time. Probably 1 hour just means “suddenly” or “unexpectedly”.

Revelation 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. Revelation 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea,

she who is in Babylon

CANNOT be a literal physical woman, it has to be a symbol for the church in Jerusalem (Babylon).

Now you know who Babylon and the woman riding the beast, and the great harlot in the Bible is. It is not America, nor the Catholic Church, as many a pastor throughout history has believed. It is Judaism of the first century. But its’ symbol is very apt for todays false Judaism. All of the kings of the earth have profited from Jewry of today, and most would lament if honest government were restored to their people, and they would have to terminate their grifting.

Rules Change: should this still be a motivation for us to preach the gospel unto all the nations?

Answer = No.

Mt 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

The “world” referred to here was the oikoumene, known Roman world, or civilized world. The “end” referred to, was the end of the ages, i.e. the end of the Old Covenant, thus fulfilling

2 Peter 3:10 For the day of the Lord, will come like a thief, in which the Heavens will pass away with a roar, the elements will melt with fervent heat, and the earth and its’ works will be burnt up.

The old world creation, old firmament (boundary between God and Man, old way of relating to God) WAS burned up when the temple burned in 70 AD. Was the gospel preached to all the nations before Jesus came back (at the rapture and in 70 AD in wrath and judgment against the Jews, to fold up as a scroll the heavens)?

Firstly, consider that Paul does not use the word “world” like we do today.

Romans 1:8 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

Comment. Do you think the Chinese, or American natives or South African Mayans or Eskimos on the North Pole were speaking about the faith of the church at Rome?

Colossians 1:23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

comment: even the fish at the bottom of the ocean in the Marianas trench? All the bacteria on Planet Earth? Pauls claims the whole world WAS reached with the gospel, within his lifetime.

Colossians 1:5 For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel; 6 Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit …

So as James B Jordan of Biblical Horizons says; whatever “world” means in

Mt 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

That is what world means in Col 1:6. If you want to take it so literally in Matthew that you think you have to send Wycliffe Bible Translators and Campus Crusade Jesus Film Crews to the remotest parts of the earth, then you must believe that Paul over saw those same results (reached those same regions) in Col 1:6.

Rules Change: What change has been made in the levitical priesthood since 70 AD?

Rules Change: understanding the parables;

Matt 10:26,27 “So do not fear them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. What I tell you in the dark, say in the light, and what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops.

After Jesus death and resurrection, the policy of the private knowledge of the parables ended. Because Judaism ended in 70 AD, and Jesus was talking primarily about the Jews in

Today, is there any set of people that are “without”? Is there any set of people on the planet today, whom Christ still does not want to understand the parables? No, He wants all to understand. People today talk of the “veil” in Romans 11 that Paul said was still over ethnic Israel’s eyes, but we replacement theologians hold that since Romans was written mid 50’s that veil was only in place from then to 70 AD when Judaism was done away. Now, the yarmulke wearing, Talmud people of today claiming a right to Israel are no more Jews than if I started wearing a horned hat, calling myself Sven Jorgensen and claiming that I was a Viking, or an Edomite with a right to Mount Seir.

Rules Change: Shall we make Jesus King?

After Jesus fed the 5000 from just 5 loaves and 2 fish,

John 6:13 Therefore they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over by those who had eaten. 14Then those men, (the 5000) when they had seen the sign that Jesus did, said, “This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world.” John 6:15Therefore when Jesus perceived that they were about to come and take Him by force to make Him king ...

So, in order to stop them from making Him king He (Jesus)

departed again to the mountain by Himself alone.

And later on in that same chapter Jesus thins out the crowd by saying

John 6:41 The Jews then complained about Him, because He said, “I am the bread which came down from heaven.” 42And they said, “Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He says, ‘I have come down from heaven’?”

Then 10 verses later Jesus says

John 6:53 Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink His blood, you have not life in yourselves.

So is that true even today? That we are not yet to make Jesus King? The fact is, the Father has already made Jesus king over the whole world and that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Him.

Rules Change: We ARE to declare to the whole world that Jesus is King

And do whatever it takes to make Him king over all our lives. This is not anything new, to the Born Again Christian who has studied Scripture. It is Old News. But I include it here to insert the narrow end of the wedge to those Christian idiots who adamantly maintain Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, and all the rules of the New Testament Days still apply today, like the sermon on the mount, like turn the other cheek, like just do evangelism and forget about trying to change your govt (getting involved in politics).

Just do what we see happening in the New Testament. Idiot Christians who blindly follow idiot lazy pastors who only want to do evangelism and break bread on Sunday. I want them to consider that maybe Jesus is to be King over all our nation, and king over all the other nations per the great commission, and what would that look like and how will it be effected (brought into being) but through political action. Oh, they will say, when Jesus raptures us out of here and descends to his throne per Acts 1:9 and rules the nations with a rod from Jerusalem WITH THE JEWS, then there will be no need for political action on our part. How wrong can they be.

Rules Change: When to Fast.
